Where does Release The Hounds ship?
Release The Hounds ships throughout Australia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this stage.
How much does shipping cost?
We post using Australia Post for a standard flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order anywhere in Australia. Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95 per order within Australia.
FREE standard shipping is applied to orders over $80 within Australia.
Release The Hounds also offers FREE delivery to local areas (postcodes 7307, 7310 and 7315) with no minimum order required. Local pickup is also available in Devonport and Tarleton. If either local delivery or pick up is selected, a mutually suitable day and time will be arranged between Release The Hounds and the customer.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders are sent from Devonport, Tasmania. We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of being placed or the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Delivery to Western Australia or remote locations may take longer.
What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?
Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, please email us immediately at hello@releasethehoundstherapy.com.au and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will either offer to redeliver and charge a redelivery fee or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).
